Emirates will launch flights to Zagreb on 1 June.

The Dubai-based airline says it will operate daily flights to the Croatian capital with Boeing 777-300s featuring a three-class layout.

It sees the route launch as a "natural progression" from having had commercial representation in Croatia since 2003.

FlightGlobal schedules data shows that Flydubai and Qatar Airways operate flights to Zagreb with 737s and Airbus A320s respectively.

Air Serbia – which is part-owned and managed by Etihad Airways – operates a connecting service from Zagreb via Belgrade to Abu Dhabi.
