Northrop Grumman has named Ronald Sugar as its new chairman, replacing Kent Kresa, who is due to retire on 1 October. Sugar will retain his posts as chief executive and president. The company has also appointed David Zolet as vice-president (VP) homeland security. He was formerly VP of the civil mission systems division.
