Ralph Crosby has become corporate vice-president and deputy general manager of Northrop Grumman's commercial-aircraft division, based in Dallas, Texas. He will become corporate vice-president and general manager of the division on the retirement of Gordon Williams at the end of this year. Crosby is now corporate vice-president and deputy general manager of the military-aircraft systems division.
