Biggs Porter has been appointed vice-president for business management at Northrop Grumman's Dallas, Texas-based Commercial Aircraft division. Judith Northup becomes vice-president for Materiel Operations. Porter takes on his new role when Bill (Mac) McMillan, vice-president for business management, retires from the company on 31 May.
