Northrop
Wayne Snodgrass has become vice-president of the Norwalk, Connecticut-based Norden Systems unit of Northrop Grumman's Electronic Sensors and Systems division. He was formerly vice- president of anti-submarine-warfare and ship systems. Succeeding him in this position is Francis Holian, based in Baltimore, Maryland.
