Offshore accquisition

US operator Petroleum Helicopters (PHI) and Bristow Helicopters of the UK have completed the acquisition of Dublin-based offshore-operator Irish Helicopters from the Aer Lingus Group for IR£4.9 million ($8 million). Bristow will own 51% of the company, while PHI will hold 49%.
