Lockheed Martin has delivered its last of 10 P-3C Orion maritime patrol aircraft to have undergone a capabilities upgrade for the Royal Netherlands Navy under a deal worth more than $70 million. The aircraft are now surplus to Dutch requirements, with eight to be transferred to the German navy’s Nordholz air base this month and the remaining two to be handed over to the Portuguese air force.
