The prototype US Coast Guard Eurocopter HH-65 Dauphin powered by the Turbomeca Arriel 2C2 engine had its first flight in May. The Coast Guard is trialling the powerplant for retrofit to its 95 HH-65s in competition with the Honeywell LTS101.
