PrivatAir has appointed Stephen Coonan as vice-president for aircraft sales, acquisitions and management for the US West Coast. BAE Systems chief executive Mike Turner has been elected president of European aerospace industry association AECMA, replacing Saab chief executive Bengt Halse. Pierfrancesco Guarguaglini, chairman of Finmeccanica, has been nominated as president-elect. Walter Bylciw has been named as president of Pratt & Whitney's space and Russian programmes, replacing Larry Knauer. Bylciw was formerly executive vice-president of military engine programmes. Goodrich has appointed Graham Bailey as vice-president Airbus Customer Services, replacing Wes Perry, who is retiring. Bailey was formerly marketing director of Ultra Electronics' controls division.
