Gilles Bouctot has replaced Benoit Gosset as chairman and chief executive of Messier Services International. Air Marshal Cliff Spink has joined London Ashford (Lydd) airport as chairman. He has served in the Royal Air Force for 31 years, most recently as director general of the Saudi Armed Forces Project. Aeroxchange has named Kevin Moore, formerly senior director of finance and corporate development, as chief financial officer. Boeing Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) has named Mark McGraw, formerly deputy manager of the Multi-mission Maritime Aircraft programme, as director of naval weapons programmes, covering Harpoon, Standoff Land Attack Missile and target missile systems. Norma Clayton has been appointed vice-president (VP) of supplier management and procurement for IDS, replacing Bill Stowers who retires on 1 May. Clayton was VP of maintenance and modification centres in the aerospace support organisation. John Tracy has been appointed VP engineering for IDS. Tracy was VP of structural technologies, prototyping and quality for Phantom Works. Moshe Keret, president of Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) will stay in his position for two more years, following a request from the country's defence minister Shaul Mofaz, for him to lead IAI through privatisation.
