Messier-Dowty has appointed Joel Berkouchi head of its Airbus business unit. Grant Skinner will head the Boeing and Military business unit, replacing Simon Luxmoore, who has been promoted to senior vice-president (VP). Luxmoore replaces Martyn Hurst, who is retiring. He was formerly VP of Messier-Dowty's Boeing and Military Business Unit. Legal consultant Dennis Burnett has joined EADS North America as VP of export controls and licensing. EADS UK has appointed Peter Robbie, previously executive director of business development at Raytheon, as its VP business development. Delta Air Lines has named Vicki Escarra as chief customer service officer, Joe Kolshak as chief of operations, Lee Macenczak as chief human resources officer and Paul Matsen as chief marketing officer. Scott Ridge, director of flight operations and technical support, becomes managing director of technical operations and support for Alaska Airlines.
