Werner Hartlieb and Buddy Watson are to take up newly created vice-presidential posts at light-aircraft manufacturer Piper Aircraft of Vero Beach, Florida. Hartlieb, most recently director of marketing and sales, takes responsibility for marketing, sales, engineering, quality assurance and customer services, while Watson will manage Piper's aircraft-manufacturing interests.
