Precision Helicopters of Newberg, Oregon, has appointed Angie Clarkson new-parts manager. Clarkson was the company office manager. The company has also appointed Ed Spillman as chief pilot. Spillman has extensive experience in flight training, Part 135 and high-altitude mountain operations.
