US carrier Prestige Airways began scheduled operations from Washington DC's Dulles International Airport on 22 December, 1995, serving Miami, Florida, and St Thomas and St Croix in the US Virgin Islands. Manassas, Virginia-based Prestige has been operating as a charter carrier since early 1995.
