Four engineers have been injured in an accident during a pressure test of a Proton launch vehicle propellant tank in a factory in Moscow's Fileskiy district. A seam in the tank split during a high pressure test. Meanwhile, a 1 x 2m fragment weighing "hundreds of kilogrammes" from a Proton DM booster fell into a garden in the village of Korgon in Siberia. Korgon is outside the area designated to be affected by debris from spent rocket stages. The Proton launched Gorizont 1 from Baikonur on 12 February.
