PS-90 power by hour

Perm Motors is proposing a power-by-the-hour deal for the PS-90 engine on the Ilyushin Il-96-300 and Tupolev Tu-204. Aeroflot Russian International Airlines (ARIA) could be the first to conclude an agreement, covering 60 engines.
