The US Regional Airline Association staged its annual convention in Phoenix, Arizona, on 19-21 May with representatives from 54 different member carriers. There was an upbeat feeling at the gathering as a result of the relaxation in scope clause restrictions and the expansion in regional flying that is fuelling much greater interest in the new larger 70-seat regional jets.
