Raytheon Aircraft, of Wichita, Kansas, has appointed Stephen Lynch vice-president of international special-mission Hawker deliveries, responsible for the Hawker U-125A search and rescue aircraft destined for the Japan Air Self Defence Force. He joined the company following Raytheon's purchase of British Aerospace's corporate-jets business in 1993.
