BMW Rolls-Royce has awarded Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics three research contracts, covering engine rotor dynamics, turbine blade vibration and advanced combustion aerodynamics. BMW R-R awarded the university's Jet Propulsion Department four research projects in 1996.
