SpaceDev, the commercial space exploration company planning to launch the Near Earth Asteroid Prospector spacecraft, has acquired the exclusive rights and intellectual property of American Rocket (Amroc). If SpaceDev is successful in developing a commercial market, it will purchase the technology from Amroc.
