Daniel Abehsera has been appointed president and director-general of Chula Vista, California-based Rohr's European office. He is now a senior vice-president with Latecoere of France. Abehsera, who will be responsible for activities in France and Germany, replaces Jean-Pierre Rouziere, who is to retire.
