Stanley Doepke is named director of airline marketing and Bruce McClelland becomes airline-analysis manager at Rolls-Royce Inc, the US arm of the UK aero-engine manufacturer. Doepke was formerly sales director at Fokker Aircraft USA, while McClelland was director of strategic market planning at Daimler-Benz Aerospace (Dornier). Frederick Kocher becomes senior vice-president for customer support. He was most recently senior vice-president for maintenance operations at USAir.
