UK investigators are probing another take-off performance incident involving an EasyJet departure from Lisbon.

The incident, disclosed by French investigation authority BEA, occurred to an Airbus A320 on 16 September.

It has given few details about the event which, it says, involved a service departing Lisbon for Manchester.

BEA says the aircraft experienced “incorrect performance” for an intersection take-off. It identifies the A320 as MSN6353, which is registered G-EZWZ.

EasyJet has been the subject of several previous performance-related incident investigations, including a probe into an occurrence at Lisbon in October 2015.

That event resulted from the crew’s calculating take-off performance for an intersection departure from runway 03 but subsequently departing from an intersection on runway 21.

EasyJet has also experienced take-off data incidents at London Gatwick, London Luton, Malaga, Belfast and Lille.
