The Satair Hardware Group (Hall 2, B13) is no stranger to airshows, having attended more than 20 in the past 40 years, but this year's Farnborough is the first time Satair has presented a display as a group.
Several of Satair's principle companies are on the stand, including the after-market division Satair A/S and Airdrome Precision Components, a manufacturer of more than 27,000 key fittings and connectors for rigid tube assemblies and high precision systems.
Supply
The Satair Hardware Group (SHG) is one of the top six strategic fastener suppliers to Airbus, and has recently announced its selection by Hurel-Hispano to supply Avibank structural latches to the Airbus A380.
Alongside IT partner Waer systems, SHG will play a key part in the supply of additional hardware for the A380 programme.
Since it was formed in 2001, SHG has succeeded in integrating its businesses in the UK, Denmark and France to form Europe's largest hardware distributor.
With outlets in Germany, China and the USA, the group offers customers the benefit of extended outsourcing with a wide and diverse product range.
