Indonesia's second carrier, Sempati Air, has delayed its IPO until next year due to poor markets. Sempati's president Hasan Soedjono plans to use the capital for expansion, including longhaul scheduled flights from Bali. Last year the carrier made $5 million on revenues of $300 million.
