SLAM ER tests

Captive flight-tests of the McDonnell Douglas (MDC) Stand-Off Land Attack Missile Expanded Response (SLAM ER) have been completed on a US Navy MDC F-18. Separation tests begin in early August, leading to the first SLAM ER flight, scheduled for February 1997.
