Sogerma
Henri-Paul Puel has become chairman and chief executive of Aerospatiale's Sogerma-Socea, responsible for maintenance and aeronautical-repairs activities. Puel, who began his career with Aerospatiale in 1962, was chief executive of Aero International (Regional), responsible for sales, marketing and customer support for ATR, Jetstream and Avro aircraft.
