Aerospace components and subsystems firm Sundstrand Aerospace, of Rockford, Illinois, has named Edward Bullard director of its Washington DC operations. He succeeds Albert Barbero, who has retired. Bullard was previously manager of Washington DC operations for Chrysler Technologies Airborne Systems/Raytheon E-Systems.
