Target upgrade
Northrop Grumman is upgrading its BQM-74E aerial target with a modern integrated avionics unit (IAU). The US Navy approved the engineering change following flight testing at the Pacific Missile Test Center, Point Magu, California, and after environmental qualification testing which was conducted by IAU subcontractor Lear Astronautics.
