Training Devices (TDI), of Englewood, Colorado, has appointed Charlie Douglas vice-president of operations. Douglas, who will take responsibility for the direction of full-flight simulator and flight-training-device production operations, was formerly programme manager with Rediffusion Simulation, of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
