Thai Airways is likely to receive its first Airbus A380 on 28 September.
The aircraft will be initially be deployed on its Bangkok-Hong Kong and Bangkok-Singapore services on 28 October, says a Thai spokeswoman.
It will also take delivery of its second and third A380 this year. These will be deployed on the Bangkok-Frankfurt and Bangkok-Tokyo Narita routes on 15 December and 16 January respectively.
The A380s are part of the company's expansion plans and will have 507 seats in a three-class configuration, says the spokeswoman.
