Transasia Delays Float

Taiwan's third largest carrier TransAsia Airways has postponed until early 1997 its planned public listing, after a 88% plunge in its net profit for the last financial year. Its net profit fell to NT$55 million ($2 million), mainly as a result of large capital expenditures.
