UK Starstreaks
The UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) is to purchase 1,000 Shorts Starstreak high-velocity missiles to provide the British Army with a short-range air-defence weapon. An initial production order for the weapon was placed in 1986, but technical problems have hampered the project.
