Raytheon Aircraft and Ultra Electronics have signed a second deal in the space of a few days here at the show.
Ultra's controls division has been selected to supply ice-protection power generation systems for the Raytheon Beech 1900D. The hub integrated power and switching system (HIPSS) was chosen after completion of successful flight and ground testing.
The agreement follows on the heels of a contract signing between the two companies covering the supply of Ultra's UltraQuiet cabin for the same aircraft.
