Tracy Ourhaan has been named programme general manager of APU (auxiliary-power-unit) programmes at Annapolis, Maryland-based UNC Airwork. He was most recently engineering manager for Sicma Aero Seat, a division of Zodiac of France, based at Miami, Florida.
