A report prepared by more than 250 US aviation experts has called for a revamp in training and education provisions for students aiming for careers in the industry. The National Institute of Aerospace argues for, among other initiatives, the creation of education coalitions – made up of universities, schools and employers – to provide a more co-ordinated education programme for students.
