Robert Oaks is named senior vice-president for operations, at USAir of Arlington Virginia, replacing Gene Sharp, who is to retire. Oaks, formerly vice-president of corporate safety and regulatory compliance, will be succeeded by retired US Air Force Lt. Gen. Malcolm Armstrong.
