Virgin delays A340
Virgin Atlantic has declined to accept delivery of the second of two ex-development, 1992-built, Airbus A340-300s as the aircraft was leaking fuel. The problem, which is understood to have resulted from it having been stored with the tanks dry, is being worked on by British Aerospace at Toulouse.
