Virgin threat
The Belgian transport ministry has threatened to take away Brussels-based Virgin Express' air operators certificate (AOC) if it fails to stabilise its management structure and address problems of alleged illegal operation of aircraft. The carrier has until 24 November to respond satisfactorily. The airline has gone through recent management changes.
