Greg Laabs has been appointed director of aircraft maintenance at maintenance company West Star Aviation, of Grand Junction, Colorado. He was previously with Duncan Aviation, of Lincoln, Nebraska. Joe Kendrick has been promoted to director of customer service. He has been with the company for 20 years.
