Florida-based B/E Aerospace has named Robert Khoury chief executive officer and vice-chairman of its board. He was a co-founder of the company in 1987 and has been president and chief operating officer. Paul Fulchino becomes president and chief operating officer and joins the board. Since 1990 he has served as president and vice-chairman of Mercer Management Consulting. Bernard Jewell has been promoted to president of the Seating Products division and Duane Woodford, formerly president and chief executive of Burns Aerospace, becomes group vice-president of manufacturing operations. William Dudley joins as vice-president and general manager of Seating Products operations in the UK, and Mark Krosney joins as vice-president of engineering for the division.
