A Ukrainian Antonov An-124 was seized by a bailiff before take-off last week at Melsbroek airbase, Belgium. The bailiff is demanding payment on behalf of a Cypriot creditor of €40 million ($50 million) from the operator of the aircraft, which was carrying a crew of 19 and over 100t of supplies and military equipment for NATO troops in Kabul, Afghanistan.
