AgustaWestland has delivered an A119 Koala to Italian operator Elieuro.
The aircraft will be performing firefighting operations in Sardinia.
The Koala will be able to deploy and extract ground-based fire teams, typically comprising seven people, from remote areas and is equipped with Simplex's version 323 fire attack system.
The 323 has a 1,200 litre (270gal) water tank and the system is designed to be installed or removed within 15 minutes, without the use of tools.
