Lease Corporation International (LCI) has placed a follow-on order with Leonardo Helicopters for nine AgustaWestland rotorcraft.
Valued at over $120 million at list prices, the order covers the AW169 medium-twin, AW139 intermediate-twin and AW189 super-medium-twin, although it does not provide a breakdown of the deal.
Deliveries will commence this year and continue into 2018.
LCI is already a significant customer for the Italy-built helicopters, with previous orders for the three models totalling 49 aircraft.
It will deploy the rotorcraft across a variety of segments, including search and rescue, offshore transport and emergency medical services.
