America West Holdings has financed its new corporate headquarters through a sale-leaseback transaction with Carey Diversified. America West will lease the facility for 15 years, with an option to extend the lease for an additional 10 years, the company says. America West will retain a 20% stake in the $37 million project, which began in January with the demolition of an existing building.
