Leasing firm Air Lease has ordered two additional ATR 72-600 turboprops converting two of its 10 options from a deal signed at the Farnborough air show in 2010.
The order, for which a value has not been disclosed, will take ALC's fleet of ATR 72-600s to 14 aircraft. Deliveries will take place in July and September 2013.
In addition, Laos-based Lao Airlines has signed for two ATR 72-600s worth $47 million at list prices. Delivery will take place in late 2012 and 2013.
These add to yesterday's deal for eight 72-600s from Taiwanese carrier TransAsia Airways.
