Brazilian low-cost carrier Gol has agreed a deal with manufacturer Eaton for the retrofit of pumps, as well as the supply and repair of other components, for its fleet of 107 Boeing 737s.

The deal, announced at the Paris air show, will see Eaton retrofit engine-driven pumps and AC motorpumps on the aircraft, as well as upgrading their horizontal stabiliser trim motors and brake metering valves.

It will also replace solenoid valves and perform repair and overhaul services on main engine fuel pumps and other parts.
