Russian tie-up
Boeing has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on aircraft safety with Russian manufacturer Ilyushin, and co-operation agreements with the Russian National Institute of Aviation Technologies (NIAT) and the Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute (TsAGI).
