Sun Jet sale

A US bankruptcy court has approved an offer by investment firm Aviation Industries to acquire the assets of charter carrier Sun Jet International, which suspended operations in June 1997. Initial financing provided by Aviation Industries will enable Florida-based Sun Jet to resume charter operations, possibly within three months.
