TEAC purchase
TEAC America is to acquire Palo Alto, California-based Merlin Engineering Works by October. TEAC will call combine Merlin's expertise in the processing of digital data for its airborne video and data recording devices, which TEAC claims are fitted in more than 75% of the world's military aircraft.
